Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 3  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

 

 

International Shipping

• Sorry We Do Not ship Internationally at the moment

 

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can always track your order by inputting your tracking number in the prompted page via  USPS.COM 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

Refund & Return Policy

 

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

       Pre-Order Items: you have up to  14  days of your initial purchase of any pre-order item on our website  you must contact us for a full refund or same value exchange if you do not contact us by the 14th day 5pm PST at [email protected]
you are deemed committed to the expected waiting process of the pre ordered item(s) specified in the item(s) description we will no longer be liable to offer a refund or same value exchange.

•.   In the event a pre-order gets significantly delayed or canceled, upon the expected release date we will contact you and offer a full refund or exchange at same value.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you are within guidelines / Approved for a refund and have not received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
